At SMSHUB, we strive to provide reliable and effective communication solutions to our customers. If you are unsatisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund as per the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be considered eligible for a refund, requests must comply with each of the following conditions:

15-Day Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 15 business days of the purchase or payment date.
Unused Balance Only: Only unused credits / credit value or prepayments are eligible for refunds. However, application rental fees for the duration of the active subscription will be deducted.
Rendered Services Excluded: Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered or for any usage fees incurred.
Payment Proof: Proof of payment and relevant transaction details are strictly required to process a refund request.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following circumstances and service categories are strictly non-refundable:

Terms Breach

Services terminated due to a breach of SMSINDIAHUB’s Terms of Service.

Promotional Credits

Credits provided as promotional offers or goodwill gestures.

Completed Billing Cycles

Subscription fees for billing cycles that have already completed.

WhatsApp Marketing

WhatsApp Marketing Services and campaigns are non-refundable.

Approved Reversal

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
